I’ve been bringing unique and practical designs to my clients since 2008. In practice, I draw on my experience in event management, project management and property development. More than that I draw on intuition to know what you want and translate it into a creative vision.
Designing on instinct, I take into consideration the style of a clients’ property, its location and of course them. Having a sixth sense for what they want and need, I encourage clients to be more daring and tempt them towards the looks that they might not try if they were working alone. I support them to get the look they really want, even if they’re not able to articulate it from the start and each project is unique. To me design is all about balance. I believe in rejecting the rules and giving my clients the freedom to do what they want, even if they’re not quite sure what that is. I describe my style as a mix of modern European Victorian and love beautifully designed things, textures, colours, quirkiness, practicality and consistency. I particularly love working on period properties because of their intricacies and the wealth of creative possibilities that they afford. My creativity is complemented by a reassuring commitment to quality in how I deliver projects. Being organised and frankly quite finicky, I remove all the stress to make things easy. I have a dedicated team of three with a shared love of cake, crosswords and Nordic noir.
